Dossier is a trained DiSC® behavioral assessment trainer and a training professional with over 10 years of experience in curriculum design,coaching, and group training sessions.

She has worked with many organizations both locally and internationally. Additionally, Dossier has provided services in the areas of assessment, leadership and management training, teambuilding, organizational culture development.

She is a graduate of Vanderbilt University where she earned a B.S. in Human and Organizational Development and the University of Memphis where she earn her M.AT in Instructional Leadership.  She is an active member of the Association for Training and Development-Atlanta chapter
